A: We love creating new designs! If you have a special request, please e-mail us an we will create a custom quote based on your specifications.

Q:What if I change my mind after ordering?
A: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accepet refunds for buyer's remorse. If there is a quality issue with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes! All of our items are available for wholesale or dropshipping. Please contact us using the wholesale/dropship link on our home page, and upon approval we can offer our products at a discount.

Q: Do You Gift Wrap?
A: Yes! Please check the box during checkout to acknowledge the item is a gift. We will gift wrap your item at no additional charge and include a packing slip without pricing information.
